By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Towelrack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

Towelrack reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable and are due in advance of the service period.

Payment may be made via credit card or other payment methods accepted by Towelrack. You authorize Towelrack to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due. In no event shall Towelrack’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if Towelrack has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

Termination of your account does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees owed to Towelrack.
